RN: BLS, ACLS Scrub Tech: BLS, National certification (CST) – NBSTSA required – MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE Nursing Assistant: BLS First Assist: BLS, National certification (CSFA) – NBSTSA required - MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH PROFILE
