Travel Nurse - Telemetry in Claremont, New Hampshire - $10,256/month

This temporary Telemetry RN position in Claremont, NH involves coordinating nursing care for adults and geriatrics, teaching patients and families, and maintaining professional nursing standards. • Coordinates total nursing care for patients.
• Participates in patient and family teaching.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
• Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
• Assists in admissions and discharge planning.
• Manages medication orders and administration, including IVs and catheterization.
• Performs necessary assessments to guide patient care.

• 1 year or more of RN experience in an acute care setting (telemetry preferred).
• New Hampshire RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities.

• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) or higher preferred.
• Advanced nursing credentials (e.g., CCC, ARRN) are a plus.
• BLS certification required.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Good standing with the nursing board.
