- Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensures effective implementation of processes including ordering, stocking, presentation, and sales.
- Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and security standards while providing excellent customer service.
- Prepares and analyzes operational reports to identify business trends and control expenses.
- Oversees merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and cash handling procedures.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordinates opening and closing duties, staffing, and staff development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret documents, perform math calculations, and manage inventory.
- Knowledge of cash handling, safety policies, and retail merchandising.
- Experience in retail management and staff development preferred; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.
- Recruit, train, and retain qualified employees.
- Manage store operations, including ordering, inventory, and presentation.
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and ensure security.
- Lead customer service initiatives and uphold safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation.
Working Conditions:
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
- Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts.
- Fast-paced environment with exposure to outdoor weather conditions at times.
- Regularly drive to manage deposits and attend meetings.
