POSITION: Painter II
SALARY: District Salary Schedule – (Grade 61: $2,951.10 monthly – Starting Salary)

WORK LOCATION: Maintenance Department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 15 years of experience in residential, commercial and/or industry.
- Knowledge of paint colors and blending of paint schemes.
- Proven ability to follow guidelines of paint charts.
- Considerable knowledge of the standard practices of the paint trends from the standard to the complex.
- Apply a variety of finish materials using the proper painter’s tools and equipment.
- High School Diploma
- Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.
- Analyze simple drawings, specifications, and oral instructions.
- Apply a variety of finish materials using the proper painter’s tools and equipment.
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibility/supervision.
- Such alternative to the above qualification as the Board and Administrator deem appropriate and acceptable.
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2,951.10 Per Month
