Methodist Home for Children (MHC) is looking for committed people to join our team as Direct Support Staff in our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC— a residential facility that changes lives and sets teens on the right path.
What You'll Do:- Be a positive role model for youth in crisis
- Provide daily support and structure in a group home setting
- Help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures
- Work as part of a live‑in care team in a high‑impact environment
- 21 or older with a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting
- Willing to live onsite while on shift
