Fleet Tire Technician

Position Overview

Job Description

• Schedule:
  Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

• Compensation: $20/per hour

• Benefits start one day one!

• Great opportunity to grow into fleet maintenance

• Rotate tires to different positions of various automobiles, trucks, and equipment.

• Repair and replace tires, tubes, rims, wheels, and other tire-related components of the vehicles;
  Includes mounting and dismounting using hand tools or machines, as needed.

• Inspect rims, hubs, studs, and lug nuts for excessive wear, cracks, bead damage, tread condition, and other indications of improper wheel alignment or impending tire, wheel, and axle related failures.

• Drive service trucks in order to perform road calls.

• Clean trailer exterior and interior when necessary for repair work.

• Other job duties include performing tire rotations, balancing, and other maintenance.

• Follow all safety protocols at all times when working in the shop.

• Warehouse:
  Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

• Some professional experience removing and installing tires preferred

• Ability to work as a team; strong attention to detail.

• Customer service oriented

• Heavy lifting involved, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.

• 8 hours of continuous standing, squatting and twisting at times.

• Working with computers

• Must have valid drivers license

• 1-2:
  Relevant Experience
