Field Inventory Tech

NCW is seeking a Field Inventory Tech to support clients in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector. In this role, you will travel to client sites to perform accurate physical inventory counts, verify stock levels, and document variances using mobile devices and inventory software. You'll collect and analyze data, reconcile records, and prepare clear inventory reports for project leads and clients.

The position requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in warehouse and industrial environments, and clear communication with onsite contacts, NCW recruiters, and internal account teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts at client field and warehouse locations
• Use handheld/mobile devices and inventory software to record stock levels
• Verify item quantities, locations, and part numbers against system records
• Identify and document discrepancies, damages, and missing items
• Prepare clear, accurate inventory reports for internal teams and clients
• Communicate with onsite contacts to coordinate access and counting process
• Follow client and NCW safety procedures in industrial environments
• Travel to multiple client locations based on project schedules
