Member Service RepresentativeFull-Time Lumberton, TX, US
When you join Neches as a Member Service Representative you’ll deliver exceptional service to members, using your knowledge and pro‑active problem‑solving skills to educate them about our products and services.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6‑month cash handling or equivalent experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, credit card cash advances, etc.
- Issuing money orders, cashier checks, and hunting/fishing license tags
- Responsible for balancing the drawer
Classification: Non‑Exempt
Location: Lumberton
Hours: Scheduled for 40‑hour per week between the hours of
Monday through Thursday 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM
Fridays 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM or 9:15 AM to 6:15 PM
