Job Description Responsibilities- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and drive new revenue.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
- Identify appropriate PNC solutions for every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, thereby strengthening loyalty.
- Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in daily branch operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction.
