Job Description Responsibilities
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and drive new revenue.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
  • Identify appropriate PNC solutions for every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, thereby strengthening loyalty.
  • Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Participate in daily branch operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require an Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus relevant experience or product knowledge. A minimum of 3+ years of experience is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
