Our client in Texas is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 15-day assignment. This role involves working shifts from 8 AM to 11 PM in a typical urgent care setting, where candidates must possess 3-6 years of experience in Family Practice, Emergency Room, or Urgent Care, and be comfortable treating children aged 3 months and older, including handling lacerations, incision and drainage, reading X-rays and EKGs, and managing Workers Comp cases.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive urgent care services in a typical urgent care setting.
- Treat pediatric patients aged 3 months and older.
- Perform procedures such as closing lacerations and incision and drainage.
- Interpret X-rays and EKGs.
- Manage Workers Comp cases.
- Apply 3-6 years of experience in Family Practice, Emergency Room, or Urgent Care.
