1ST CLASS STRUCTURAL FITTER
Ratliff Industries is seeking an experienced 1st Class Structural Fitter. This position is for a skilled professional who can produce quality work with minimal supervision. If you’re looking for someone to hold your hand throughout the day, this is not the position for you.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of structural fitting experience
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings without assistance
- Proven ability to lay out, fit, and assemble structural steel accurately and efficiently
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and sense of urgency
- Self-motivated and capable of staying productive without constant direction
- Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
We are looking for individuals who show up on time, take pride in their work, and understand that production, quality, and safety go hand in hand.
