Job Description
Job Title: LVN/LPN
Pay: $23-$25/hr (.20 per year up to 10 years’ experience) + Weekend Baylor Pay

Requirements:
- LPN/LVN license required.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
- Administers medications and treatments per physician's orders.
- Observes and reports changes in resident condition and maintains accurate clinical documentation.
Shifts Offered:
- 8 hour shifts offered Monday-Friday, 12 hour shifts, and Weekend Double Baylor.
$2500 sign-on bonus for full-time, qualified applicants
Shift8 and 12 hour shifts
Shift Differential2p-10p: $1.00/hr.
