Job Overview
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared and are required to apply product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandise skills.
Responsibilities- Move majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store.
- Prepare for major holidays and assist with loading and unloading merchandise.
- Apply product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandise skills to assist customers and maintain store appearance.
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour, equal to or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
