The Electrician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lumberton, TX. The Electrician will install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local codes and safety standards. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include diagnosing electrical issues, performing troubleshooting and testing, completing routine maintenance, and documenting work performed. The Electrician will read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams, collaborate with team members and contractors, and interact with customers to explain findings and recommended solutions.

The role also requires following strict safety protocols, keeping tools and work areas organized, and supporting occasional emergency or after‑hours service calls as needed.

• Strong foundation in electricity and electrical work, including installing, repairing, and maintaining wiring, panels, outlets, and fixtures.
• Demonstrated ability in maintenance & repair and troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
• Working knowledge of electrical engineering principles as they apply to practical field work, system design, and code‑compliant installations.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents, with a solid understanding of relevant NEC and local electrical codes.
• Valid electrician license or apprenticeship equivalent as required by Texas regulations; additional certifications are a plus.
• Commitment to safety, including use of proper PPE, adherence to company safety policies, and a strong awareness of job site hazards.
• Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Lumberton, TX and ability to work full‑time, including occasional overtime if required.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and professional customer service orientation.
