Job DescriptionScotia Auto Glass is looking for a reliable Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to help keep our office organized, our numbers accurate, and our customer communication professional.
This role is a mix of bookkeeping, office administration, and phone/customer support
. You will help behind the scenes with the daily flow of the business while also being one of the first voices people hear when they contact us.
We want someone who is organized, trustworthy, professional, and able to work without being babysat.
What you’ll do- Answer phone calls and help with customer inquiries
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as:
- accounts payable
- accounts receivable
- invoicing
- Prepare reports and keep records organized
- Help manage office supplies and office admin tasks
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Support the owner with executive assistant duties and day-to-day follow-up
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Important hiring note:
This position requires hands‑on training in Nova Scotia. Applicants must already be legally entitled to work in Canada, be able to reliably report to work in the Lunenburg / Bridgewater area, and be available for an interview within 2–3 business days if selected.

Requirements What we’re looking for- Experience in bookkeeping, office administration, or a similar role
- Good understanding of how accounting software works
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Criminal record check required

Accounting training via community collage etc. Familiar with Software such as Simply / Sage or Quickbooks.
