We’re a full-service exhibit and design company seeking a passionate and experienced Exhibit Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind unforgettable trade show experiences, working with top-tier clients to manage all aspects of their event planning. With every project, you’ll help bring ideas to life, collaborate with creative teams, solve challenges, and make a meaningful impact on client success.

As an Exhibit Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional trade show experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• Client Advocate: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted partner and ensuring their vision is realized.
• Project Coordinator: Manage all aspects of client projects, from initial planning and budgeting to on-site execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaboration Expert: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Design, and Production teams to align efforts and deliver seamless results.
• Detail-Oriented Planner: Oversee logistics, coordinate with vendors, and address challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Budget Manager: Prepare accurate estimates, monitor expenses, and maintain financial accountability for each project.
• Quality Controller: Ensure every detail of the client’s exhibit is executed to the highest standard, exceeding expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in an account management or events role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships
• A creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel as needed to support client events
