Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and maintained inventory levels. Pledges budgeting and forecasting, assessing economic trends and meeting sales and profit goals.

• Receive and stock merchandise ensuring effective presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and in-stock inventory levels.
• Budget and forecast sales, assess economic trends and community needs, ensure sales and profit goals achieved, and implement corrective plans.
• Provide customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting products while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Create and process customer requests and service orders in accordance with company policies.
• Explain Auto Care Center products and services, ensure technicians trained and certified on service procedures, assist with staging customer vehicles and workflow.
• Maintain the Auto Care Center and sales floor: stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged/out-of-date goods, clean and organize displays, sign and price merchandise, secure fragile/high-shrink items.
• Manage equipment per company guidelines, handle customer and merchandise claims and returns, zone the area, and arrange merchandise supplies.
• Monitor environmental disposal (batteries, tires, oil) and OSHA compliance, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, develop relationships with key stakeholders, support initiatives, identify and communicate goals, and measure progress.
• Identify improvement opportunities, demonstrate adaptability, and promote continuous learning.
• Provide supervision: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, recognize, and promote a belonging mindset.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support mission values, standards of ethics and integrity, implement open‑door policy, and guide application of these in business processes.

• 2 years of experience in automotive service or the service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell ammunition, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility, if applicable.
• Ability to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.

• Automotive Certification from an Automotive Technical Institute.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience in automotive service or a related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• ASE Certification.

Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also receive Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and Complex Structure incentives based on external factors.
