Full Time | Competitive Pay - Up to $65/hr based on experience

We are seeking a Special Education Teacher K-2 and 3-5 Elementary to provide specialized instruction and supervision for students in grades K-5 in Lunenburg, MA. This role covers two classrooms: our TLC program (behavioral/social-emotional, 6 students/4 paras) and our ACHIEVE room (Life Skills/Developmental Delay, 5 students/3 paras). You will support classroom paras, manage daily instruction, and ensure students' MCAS-Alt. assessments are completed accurately.

The ideal candidate thrives in structured settings and is passionate about supporting both academic and social‑emotional growth.

• Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification
• Eligible to teach in MA through DESE
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred
• Experience designing & delivering individualized instruction for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development
• Experience supervising classrooms with support staff (paras)
• Familiarity with MCAS‑Alt. assessments
• Comfort with students in behavioral/social‑emotional programs and life skills/developmental delay programs
