We’re looking for a driven, organized, can‑do Junior Recruiter who moves fast, follows through, and delivers great candidate experience every time. Someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service instincts, a sense of humor, and the energy to keep multiple priorities moving.

You won’t just post jobs and hope for applicants.
You will:

• Actively move candidates through the hiring pipeline
• Keep hiring managers informed and engaged
• Attend Job Fairs as needed
• Own background checks
  
  Ensure no strong candidate gets lost
• Support hiring events and recruitment campaigns
• Help reduce agency reliance and strengthen our internal teams

You will see the direct impact of your work in real time.

You’ll do well in this role if you:

• Bring a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude
• Have a “can‑do” mindset and don’t wait to be told what to do
• Is customer‑service oriented with both candidates and hiring managers
• Have a healthy sense of humor and enjoy being part of a collaborative team
• Move quickly while staying organized and detail‑focused
• Follow through without reminders
• Communicate clearly and professionally

If you have 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or high‑volume, this could be your launchpad.

Healthcare or nonprofit experience is helpful — but energy, professionalism, and team spirit matter most.

• Exposure to both Senior and Community Services hiring
