Ascentria Care Alliance is seeking a Senior Care Marketing Manager to focus on marketing efforts across seven senior care centers while working as part of a skilled and collaborative marketing team.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, operations, admissions, and community outreach, helping ensure each center is represented clearly, consistently, and authentically.

What You’ll DoYou’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, admissions, and operations to bring campaigns and outreach efforts to life.
Marketing & Census Support- Develop and carry out marketing plans aligned with census and outreach goals
- Monitor referral trends and engagement to guide ongoing adjustments
- Help surface the strengths and differentiators of each community
- Contribute to initiatives that build visibility and trust
- Manage marketing activities for seven senior care centers
- Balance brand standards with the unique character of each community
- Organize and prioritize requests with clarity and collaboration
- Ensure projects move forward on time and with care
- Manage ads, email campaigns, social media, and print materials
- Create messaging for families, referral partners, and community audiences
- Share stories that highlight residents, staff, and outcomes
- Maintain compliant, accurate, HIPAA‑aware marketing practices
- Support referral relationships and local partnerships
- Assist with outreach and visibility initiatives
- Help manage online reputation with professionalism and responsiveness
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner

- 4+ years of marketing experience (healthcare, senior services, nonprofit, or multi‑site a plus)
- Experience supporting census‑driven or revenue‑related goals
- Strong marketing and campaign execution skills
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of senior living, skilled nursing, or complex care systems preferred
