- Hourly Rate: $16 - $29 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage at the job location.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
