Pay: $20-$23/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (30‑minute lunch)
Status: Temp-to-Hire
We're looking for a polished, upbeat Administrative & Front Desk Coordinator who enjoys being the central point of contact in a professional office setting. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, stays proactive during slower moments, and is excited about growing into broader administrative or operational responsibilities.
This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with a well‑established company that values professionalism, reliability, and a friendly presence.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and leadership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑supplied office environment
- Manage front desk activity, balancing quiet periods with busier stretches
- Support meeting logistics, including food orders and conference room resets
- Produce employee badges and parking passes
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as invoice support and light HR coordination
- Provide general office and executive support as needed
- Take initiative to assist with additional projects during downtime
- Professional, polished communication style
- Friendly, energetic, and confident interacting with executives
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership
- Comfortable in a highly visible role
