Position: Admin Assistant-up to $60k

Overview

Administrative Assistant | $40K-$60K | Northern Baltimore County

Join a well-established organization in Northern Baltimore County as a full-time Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys supporting a team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $40,000-$60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Type:
Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams
  • Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Draft emails, reports, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage office supplies
  • Assist with light project coordination and data entry
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of professional office/administrative experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Dependable, organized, and resourceful
  • Comfortable taking initiative and juggling multiple tasks
