Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our local sales office. This role is key to developing high-impact visual content that supports our agents, showcases their listings, and promotes our brand across print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative designer with a strong understanding of branding, layout design, and production processes, as well as a passion for creating polished, engaging marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design branded marketing collateral including listing presentations, brochures, flyers, postcards, signage, and digital ads.
  • Create social media graphics, website visuals, and email templates to support agent marketing and company campaigns.
  • Support agents and teams with custom marketing requests while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop new templates and campaign assets.
  • Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Communicate with external vendors for printing and production needs.
  • Contribute ideas and design concepts to team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools to keep marketing assets fresh and effective.
  • Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
  • Track billable design hours when applicable for internal and agent billing.
  • Meet all deadlines in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in real estate, agency, or fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital and print production, including pre-press standards.
  • Strong layout, typography, and branding skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in both Mac and PC environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus but not required.
  • Real estate marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Wage: $25.00 - $27.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
