We're all about individuality, supporting each other's growth, and showing up better every day together.

Role: Full-Time Hair Barber & Stylist
Shop: Floyd's 99 Barbershop
Location: Lutherville, MD

At Floyd's, we're looking for passionate professionals who love what they do and take pride in helping clients feel confident and refreshed. If you enjoy working in a high‑energy, team‑driven environment, this is a place where you can thrive.

We give you control over how you earn:

• Start at 40% commission and grow up to 55% with no caps
• Or you'll earn a guaranteed minimum wage,
  whichever is highest!

We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our Barbers and Stylists typically earn $31–$56.50 per hour on average. It's a clear and rewarding system built around your success.

This full‑time role offers a fast-paced schedule with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet client demand.

Each day starts with prepping your station and reviewing appointments. You'll connect with clients, talk through their style goals, and deliver high‑quality cuts and grooming services. As the day moves on, you'll balance multiple clients while keeping service levels high in a lively shop atmosphere.

Teamwork is a big part of what we do‑you’ll collaborate with fellow stylists, exchange ideas, and pick up new techniques. By the end of your shift, you'll have made a real impact by helping clients look and feel their best.
