What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team and grow the business. You will:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members while recognizing great performance
  • Help set, communicate and achieve store sales goals
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and welcoming store
  • Assist with merchandising, inventory and operational standards
  • Help control expenses and follow Loss Prevention procedures
  • Identify business opportunities and partner with the Store Manager to solve problems
  • Build relationships with local customers and key accounts
  • Make bank deposits and occasionally travel locally for business needs
  • Support occasional off-site “pop-up” stores at client hospitals or offices
What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable learning and using retail POS and computer systems
  • Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including opening and closing shifts
  • Able to travel locally as needed, with a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must pass assessment test.

Retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

This is an active retail role. Team members must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, reach and handle merchandise, bend or kneel as needed, and lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
