Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Behavioral Specialist to provide crisis support and proactive assistance to youth within a residential setting. The role implements safety and therapeutic interventions in line with TIC, ICMP, and program policy. Shifts run 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
and 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on a rotating four-week basis, with some weekdays and weekends. Responsibilities include crisis response, de-escalation, and mentoring staff, serving youth ages 5-13.
