We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our warm and welcoming nursery in Luton.
Requirements- Previous experience managing a nursery as a Manager or Deputy Manager
- Level 3 or Level 6 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A genuine passion for providing high‑quality childcare and supporting staff development
- Good understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent salary up to £40,000, depending on experience
