Nursery Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team at a New Nursery in Luton. As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the nursery, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality childcare and education to children aged 0‑5 years. Key Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and internal policies
- Lead and develop a team of nursery staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure exceptional childcare practice
- Develop and implement curricula and activities to promote children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community to promote the nursery and its services
- Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the nursery
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ideally, local knowledge of Luton and its community
