Acorn Early Years Foundation is seeking an experienced Early Years Lead Practitioner at Castlethorpe to drive high-quality practice and develop leadership skills within the setting. The role is a full-time position (40 hours) spanning Monday to Friday, with a focus on mentoring staff and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment for young children.
You will work in partnership with senior staff, contributing to daily operations and stepping in as needed.
