Teach Plus are working with a welcoming and well-regarded early years setting in Kensington, West London, who are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team ASAP. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work within a nurturing EYFS environment where children are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and curiosity.

The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing while working closely with experienced early years professionals.

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework and individual learning needs
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children's curiosity, communication and independence
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observe, assess and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning and development
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment that promotes positive behaviour and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to provide consistently high standards of care, education and safeguarding

• Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification or above
• Experience as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role
• Strong EYFS knowledge
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
