Fantastic opportunity for a consummate Catering Director to take over at this very successful and well run catering contract based on the South Coast.

This position will take full responsibility for

· 2 street food trucks

· Conferencecentreand hospitality.

· The current contract turnover is c £4.8mil

They are looking for a Catering Director who can -

· Offering leadership and motivation to the onsite managers

· Liaise and work with chef team with a contemporary and ever changing events menu

· Ensure the delivery of 5
* service across the board

· Support the managers in the logistical planning

The Catering Director will have a strong financial understanding, great flexibility and attention to detail.

With strong leadership skills with a track record in coaching and developing senior personnel
