We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman for our client based in Luton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various aspects of residential and commercial properties. This role offers an opportunity to utilize a diverse skill set in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well‑maintained. The Handyman will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient repairs.

Day shift, £14ph

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair
• Inspect properties regularly to identify issues that require attention
• Install fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while adhering to safety standards
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand repair needs and provide solutions
• Document work performed and report on completed projects
• Assist with remodeling or renovation projects when required

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and provide practical solutions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Valid driver’s license preferred for traveling between job sites
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks regularly
• Reliable transportation to access various job locations
• Must be detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
