Salary: £43,000 per annum + Company van and fuel card

A large well‑known facilities management organisation based in Luton is looking for an experienced and well‑rounded Mobile Electrician who takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate must hold a Level 3 NVQ or Diploma and the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.

• Ensure routine PPM is carried out to the electrical infrastructure and plant in accordance with site task schedules and CAFM.
• Complete reactive tasks throughout the sites and proactively highlight areas for improvement.
• Swiftly remediate plant faults and defects to keep plant in serviceable order.
• Ensure suitable spares are available for maintenance and reactive works.
• Provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
• Complete all relevant paperwork/CAFM for PPM, reactive and breakdown works and pass it to the contract administrator without delay.
• Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, wearing uniform and PPE at all times.
• Keep up‑to‑date plant logs.
• Supervise and monitor sub‑contractors while they are on site undertaking maintenance.
• Ensure awareness and compliance with contractual KPIs/SLA’s.
• Keep the CAFM system (e.g. Plan On) up to date and close out PPM and reactive tickets with accurate data.

• Full clean UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or equivalent such as a City & Guilds Technical Certificate in Electrical.
• 18th Edition IET Wiring regulations
