Lift Repair Engineer

Salary up to £63,000 (incl OTE) based on skills and experience level.

We’re looking for a talented Repair Engineer to cover Luton and surrounding areas, carrying out minor refurbishment works across a diverse range of passenger lifts, vertical access lifts, and moving walkways from multiple manufacturers. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality repair and refurbishment services while supporting business objectives and ensuring exceptional service delivery standards are met. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction across a varied portfolio of equipment, making every day both challenging and rewarding.

The role reports into the Brackley Service Branch, where you’ll be part of a supportive and well‑established team.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 8am till 16:45 and Friday 8:00 till 15:45

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for carrying out Minor repairs on a wide range of lifts across our portfolio.
  • Ensure high-quality service and safety standards.
  • Perform effective risk assessments and maintain site log cards.
  • Support the training of apprentices and trainee engineers, using your experience to bring through the next generation of engineers.
Qualifications
  • An NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a Lift Engineer and minor repairs.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
