Master Technician

Overview

Master Technician vacancy at a leading Main Dealer in Luton. A great opportunity for an experienced technician to join a successful workshop with strong career prospects and ongoing training.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm; 1-in-3 Saturdays, 8:00am – 1:00pm. EV, Hybrid, MOT and diagnostic training provided.

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle faults accurately and efficiently.
• Carry out complex diagnostics, electrical and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Complete all work in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Support colleagues with technical advice and mentoring when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and repair methods.

• Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
• Franchise Diagnostic or Master Technician accreditation.
• Strong technical and diagnostic skills across a range of vehicle systems.
• A full UK driving licence.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
