City Facilities Management is seeking a Multi Site Technician to maintain electrical, mechanical and building assets across ASDA stores in Luton, Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance within a defined region, ensuring efficiency and safety.
You will perform PPMs, supervise a Maintenance Assistant, prioritise tasks to meet SLA targets and handle equipment such as HVAC, lighting, pumps and building fabric.
