Multi-Trader Painter, Carpenter & Plumber
Location: Luton
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: On going
Rate: £230-£240 Per day
Frontline Construction are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join a project in Luton
The successful candidate will be confident carrying out a variety of maintenance and finishing works, with strong experience in painting, carpentry and plumbing.
Duties
- Painting and decorating
- General carpentry and joinery
- Basic plumbing and repairs
- General snagging and remedial works
- Repairs and maintenance across the site/property
- Working to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
- Strong painting/decorating skills
- Good carpentry skills
- Good plumbing knowledge
- Previous construction or maintenance experience
- Own tools
- Reliable and professional
- Good attention to detail
