Part Time Bike Mechanic / Cycle Technician | Oxford | £13.00 to £15.00 per hour plus bonus | 16 to 30 hours per week

As a Bike Mechanic, you will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on bikes and sports products. You will diagnose faults, recommend solutions and give customers expert advice in a fast paced, customer focused workshop.
Sustainability is important in this role. You will help extend the life of bikes through repair, recycling and reuse.
Key responsibilities- Mechanical and electrical bike repairs
- Fault diagnosis and problem solving
- Providing excellent customer service and advice
- Stock control and workshop organisation
- Using workshop systems and keeping accurate records
- Supporting product recycling and reuse goals
- Learning new skills and supporting the wider team
- A passion for bikes, cycling or sport
- Experience in bike servicing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A problem solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfort using IT systems for stock and repairs
- An interest in sustainability and making a positive impact
- Knowledge of sports equipment repair is nice to have, not essential
