Volker Highways invites applicants to join a full-time Highways Maintenance Apprenticeship – Level 2 in Luton. You’ll learn on the job while studying for a nationally recognised Level 2 apprenticeship in Highways Maintenance, with college blocks and overnight accommodation provided.
No prior construction experience is required. The programme includes paid training time, on-site mentoring and progression opportunities within a supportive team.
