£38,000 - £48,000 + Overtime + Van + Full Heat Pump Training + Long-Term Development

On offer is a permanent position with an award-winning renewables specialist, where you'll be supported to develop into a true heat pump expert, with genuine routes to progress not only technically but also into leadership and across the business.
This family run business has grown into a recognised industry leader, working across both the commercial and domestic sectors. Their outstanding work is complemented by a brilliant team culture. Due to continued growth and demand, we are now looking to add another engineer to their specialist team to support ongoing installations and servicing work across the region.
In this role you'll carry out end-to-end air source heat pump installs plus annual servicing work, working Monday to Friday with overtime paid for additional time.
This role would suit a Heating Engineer / Plumber from a domestic or commercial background, looking for structured development in renewables, a local patch, and long-term progression.
The Role:- Installing Air Source Heat Pumps
- Working on both Commercial and Domestic sites
- Annual servicing work across a South-of-England patch
- Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours (overtime paid for additional time)
- Heating Engineer / Plumber with NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Full UK driving licence
- Any renewables / ASHP / unvented cylinders experience beneficial
