This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious hotel in Lutterworth, where you'll take responsibility for the smooth running of the property overnight while delivering a high standard of guest service. • You'll receive a salary of £29,601.60 per annum + service charge
• You'll work 40 hours per week on a full-time basis

• Set up, clear and maintain conference rooms, private dinners and weddings
• Carry out regular security checks and ensure the hotel remains safe overnight
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property
• Look after guests and delegates, responding to requests and queries
• Provide 24-hour room service, including preparing and delivering orders
• Support Reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs and luggage assistance
• Ensure wake-up calls and newspapers are delivered promptly
• Manage and support departmental staff, including training and rotas
• Follow fire safety procedures and company policies
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure they are resolved appropriately
• Support the wider team and other departments when required

• We're looking for a confident hospitality professional who can lead by example and provide excellent guest service throughout the night.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Night Porter or Night Auditor is required
• Supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment would be advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience across reception and general hotel operations
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• The confidence to deal with guest queries and complaints professionally
• Ability to lead, support and develop a team
• Flexibility to support different departments when required
• A professional and welcoming approach at all times
• Due to the location, you will need your own transport to get to and from the property
