Job Title: Lead Integrated Installer (White goods)

Locations: Luton, Milton Keynes, Dunstable and surrounding areas

Salary: £42 to £45k DOE

Hours of work: Monday to Friday

Driving licence: with no more than 6 points

An exciting opportunity has arisen for one of our fast‑growing clients. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Integrated White Goods Installer to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of household appliances within residential households.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery & White goods installation: responsible for safe delivery and professional installation of various white goods (e.g., washing machines, American refrigerators).
  • Lead a team of Integrated and freestanding products: work as a team of two and lead the installation.
  • Customer Service: provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to customers at every drop‑off and installation.
  • Paperwork & Compliance: complete necessary delivery and installation sign‑off paperwork accurately.
  • Lead and supervise a team of installers during delivery and installation of white goods such as washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
  • Interpret technical schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience installing Integrated and freestanding white goods.
  • 5 years’ experience within a similar field working in households for a retailer.
  • Valid UK driving licence (Category

    B) with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Reliability: punctual, dependable, and committed to meeting delivery and installation schedules.
  • Basic plumbing qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Customer focus: excellent communication skills with a positive, helpful attitude when working in customers' homes.
