Scheduling Dispatcher

Overview

The Scheduling Analyst Dispatcher plays a critical role in keeping our field operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you’ll coordinate the daily schedules of Field Service Technicians to ensure all work—planned and unplanned— is completed successfully. You’ll help drive service excellence by meeting service level agreements with METTLER TOLEDO, maximizing technician productivity, and supporting overall revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, optimizing logistics, and working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

• Coordinate and organize daily activities for Field Service Technicians to meet service and performance goals.
• Follow and uphold dispatch processes, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Analyze schedules and routes to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
• Adjust schedules in real time based on customer priorities, workload changes, and resource availability.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure parts and materials arrive on time and meet service level agreements.
• Monitor open orders and technician documentation to ensure jobs are ready for invoicing.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Participate in a weekend rotation as part of the team’s coverage model.
• Support additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
