We are hiring Guest Service Associates. We are open 7 days a week and offer day and evening shifts.

• Delivering exemplary first‑class customer service that consistently exceeds expectations through answering phones, identifying guest needs, efficiently setting appointments, and politely checking guests in/out.
• The Guest Service Associate will promote and sell Wax Pass Packages and retail products to guests.
• The Guest Associate will possess a consistent, outgoing, cheerful, energetic, positive, proactive, upbeat, and personable personality.
• High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
• Always maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain a professional and clean environment for guests and staff.
• Ability to work flexible day/night/weekend and holiday hours.
• Ability to self‑motivate.
• Various duties as assigned by Management.
