We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work part‑time at our store. This position involves taking orders, providing excellent customer service, handling cash, preparing pizzas, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Handle customer concerns and complaints
• Handle cash and make correct monetary change
• Upsell products to increase sales
• Prepare and assemble Domino’s high‑quality pizzas
• Control food portions and ensure quality standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Perform general cleaning duties and keep the store tidy

• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product for orders
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders both over the phone and in person

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Motor coordination and hand–eye coordination for rapid, accurate movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Move trays on dollies (approximately 24–30 trays) and push up to 7.5 pounds of force
• Pull trays on dollies as needed
• Navigate stairs, climb a ladder, or change prices on signs occasionally
• Perform forward bending at waist for approximately 30–45 seconds during the day, repeated continuously
• Bend, squat, or crouch occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas
• Reach continuously—up, down, and forward
• Use hands continuously for eye‑hand coordination throughout the shift
• Shape pizza dough with frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
