Position Overview

Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic School seeks a Primary Teacher's Assistant for the  school year. We seek an energetic and nurturing professional dedicated to excellence and the success of all students. Applicants should be enthusiastic, dedicated, interactive, caring, nurturing, patient, communicative, and positively supportive of all students.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the classroom teacher with implementing educational activities and lessons

* Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance

* Help maintain a safe, organized, and clean classroom environment

* Supervise students during various activities, such as specials, recess, and lunch

* Communicate respectfully and effectively with students, teachers, and parents

* Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons

* Passion for Catholic education and a commitment to the schools mission and values

* A collaborative, positive attitude and a genuine care for working with children

* Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening and safe environment training (as required by diocesan policy)
