As an Engineer I, you will work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, gaining hands‑on experience supporting engineering, design, and infrastructure projects that help power communities across the country.

• Assist with engineering and design projects under the guidance of senior engineers
• Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost‑effective solutions
• Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and tracking activities
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, sketches, and project documentation
• Maintain accurate project records and engineering files
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success
• Apply engineering principles and industry standards to support utility infrastructure projects
• Continuously develop technical, professional, and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) Exam completed or in progress
• Internship, co‑op, or related engineering experience
• Interest in utility, power, energy, or infrastructure projects
• Basic understanding of engineering design principles and project execution

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
