As an Engineer I, you will work alongside experienced engineers and industry professionals, gaining hands‑on experience supporting engineering, design, and infrastructure projects that help power communities across the country.
What You’ll Do- Assist with engineering and design projects under the guidance of senior engineers
- Analyze engineering challenges and develop practical, cost‑effective solutions
- Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and tracking activities
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, sketches, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project records and engineering files
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure project success
- Apply engineering principles and industry standards to support utility infrastructure projects
- Continuously develop technical, professional, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) Exam completed or in progress
- Internship, co‑op, or related engineering experience
- Interest in utility, power, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Basic understanding of engineering design principles and project execution
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
