Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant North Bay Recovery Center!

• Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and observation of patients to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Promotes communication and therapeutic relationships with patients.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CNA (Nursing Assistant) - preferred
• Patient Care Technician - preferred

• High School or Equivalent
• Associate's degree in related field

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• 6 months – Psychology or Bachelor's degree in related field
