5 Star Cares is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our PRN team. • Must work a minimum of three (3) shifts per month
• Must maintain weekend availability when staffing needs require
• Additional shifts may be available based on operational needs

Location:

Lutz, FL. Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Certification).

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and higher-acuity needs
• Accurately document care and communicate changes with the healthcare team
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care
• Experience caring for higher-acuity individuals preferred
• Current BLS/CPR and First Aid Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Ability to safely lift and assist individuals up to 50 pounds
• Must successfully complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening
